At Rohnium, we strongly believe that the ability to really understand the problems and challenges is more critical than trying to solve it via a good engineering solution. We often have clients that come to us with a challenge or problem that they believe requires an engineering solution. However, at Rohnium, we’re always ready to confront these issues or at the bare minimum, point our clients towards a pre-existing solution that best supplements their challenges.
Our formula for success is rooted in the belief that extraordinary results can be accomplished by taking an unique approach with each and every client. Rohnium’s 4D approach enables us to support this model and it involves the creation of a highly customizable roadmap that allows us to:

Discover
We start each project with a discovery phase. This stage is defined by active listening by our experts aimed at understanding our clients’ long-term visions for data and analytics and how these fit into our company’s overall strategy.
We work with the business users to lay out systematic expectations by brainstorming requirements, identifying Key Performance Indicators, discussing use cases, and documenting pertinent business problems with pending solutions. We also explore persisting challenges and roadblocks that continue keeping the clients from reaching their full potential with data.
From a high-level perspective, the discovery process covers:
- business goals, strategies and drivers;
- available and potential resources (people, budget, time);
- operational processes and interactions; and
- technology applications, infrastructure and adoption.
Define & Design
With the trove of information captured and documented, we move onto analyzing the information so that a cohesive strategy that aligns well with the Enterprise’s vision & goals can be formulated. Based on the established objectives, we conduct a series of analyses to look for trends, opportunities, and threats so that we can comprehensively understand the macro and micro views of clients’ current and desired maturity levels. Ultimately, we translate all this information into specified go-forward alternatives.
We work closely with clients to ensure that the overall tone matches the desired outcome. Keeping this in mind, we explore potential solutions and prepare the interactive design prototypes that will allow us to forge full-steam ahead. All of our designs are created with a fully responsive delivery in mind, with many concepts naturally evolving over the course of the design phase based on client feedback.
One of the most crucial aspects of the Design phase is to put the directional plan to test via a pilot execution. At times, the pilot execution may include other activities outside of the proof of concept build such as vendor evaluations, solution evaluations, technology stack, & infrastructure assessments, among other things.
Based on the pilot execution outcomes, we conduct a financial and infrastructure integration assessment to work out the costs and resource strategy to implement and integrate solutions effectively. All of this information is then professionally documented for client review.
Develop
This is the phase where our design concepts and solutions come to life. The key elements here are ensuring that we have a thorough, yet realistic project plan, strong project management & leadership, an experienced and skilled technical team, and a proactive communication process that provides clarity around status and fosters rapid issues mitigation.
By taking the information collected in the discovery phase and testing concepts in the design phase, we are now ready for what we like to call the fun part. Rohnium’s deep expertise and experience allows us to see around corners, anticipating potential problems proactively so that it doesn’t derail the implementation roadmap.
Deliver
Once the technical infrastructure is set up, the solution is ready for rollout across the enterprise. This involves integration and migration activities associated with systems as well as end-users. In addition, training plays a pivotal role in getting the organization to adopt & embrace the new infrastructure. We ensure that a comprehensive training plan with supportive literature and infrastructure is available so that there is a positive user experience with widespread adoption.
Moreover, we compare the reality of the newly implemented solution to the original business goals and drivers of the project. Typically, this review is conducted within a few months after go-live. Our clients see tremendous value in ensuring that stated business outcomes and objectives are delivered.
