Once the decision is made, we will work with our client on transitioning temporary staff into permanent positions.

Rohnium will typically perform an Employer of Record services to help our clients engage with the temporary workers as our W2 employees. Our services are specifically designed to mitigate the risk of co-employment as well as employee misclassification. This service will provide the flexibility of workforce expansion and reduction as desired by the client.
